Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Lory ("Lory", "we", "us"), operated by Meetlory, collects, uses, shares, retains and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our website at meetlory.com and the Lory application ("Service"). By using the website or the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Lory is primarily delivered as on-premise, self-hosted software. When an organization deploys Lory on its own infrastructure, that organization is the data controller for the meeting content it processes, and Lory acts as a software provider. For our website and any inquiries you send us, Meetlory is the controller. Contact: hello@meetlory.com.

2. Information we collect

Website (meetlory.com)

  • Contact information you choose to provide (name, email, company, message).
  • Basic usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region, used to operate and improve the site.

The Lory application (self-hosted at the customer)

  • Meeting audio, transcripts, speaker/participant display names, and generated reports.
  • These are processed and stored on the customer's own infrastructure. In a self-hosted deployment this content is not transmitted to Meetlory and we do not have access to it.
  • Account information (name, email, password hash) when the customer enables user accounts in their deployment — stored in the customer's database.

3. Zoom integration & Meeting SDK

When connected to Zoom, Lory joins meetings you invite it to using the Zoom Meeting SDK and processes the meeting's audio and participant display names for the sole purpose of producing transcripts and reports. Lory:

  • only accesses meetings it is invited to;
  • captures audio to generate notes; a "recording in progress" notice is shown to participants where Zoom requires it;
  • does not access your Zoom account data beyond what is needed to join and process the invited meeting;
  • processes and stores this data within the customer's own environment.

Our use of Zoom APIs complies with Zoom's API License and Terms of Use. You can remove the integration at any time (see our documentation).

4. How we use information

  • To provide the Service: transcription, diarization, and report generation.
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website and Service.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell personal information. In self-hosted deployments, meeting content stays within the customer's environment and is not shared with us or third parties by Lory. For our website, we may use service providers (e.g., hosting) that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements, and we may disclose information where required by law.

6. Data retention

In self-hosted deployments, the customer controls retention of meeting audio, transcripts and reports and can delete them at any time. Website inquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business or legal purposes.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Because Lory runs on the customer's infrastructure, the customer is responsible for securing its deployment (access control, network security, encryption at rest as configured).

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise these rights regarding data we control, contact hello@meetlory.com. For data held within a customer's self-hosted deployment, please contact that organization, which acts as the controller.

9. International transfers & children

Self-hosted deployments keep data in the customer's chosen location. Where we process website data, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards. The Service is not directed to children under 16.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Meetlory tarafından işletilen Lory'nin ("Lory", "biz"), meetlory.com web sitesi ve Lory uygulaması ("Hizmet") kapsamında kişisel verileri nasıl topladığını, kullandığını, paylaştığını, sakladığını ve işlediğini açıklar. Web sitesini veya Hizmet'i kullanarak bu Politika'yı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Verinizden kim sorumlu

Lory öncelikle on-premise, self-hosted (kurum içi) yazılım olarak sunulur. Bir kurum Lory'yi kendi altyapısına kurduğunda, işlenen toplantı içeriğinin veri sorumlusu o kurumdur; Lory yazılım sağlayıcı olarak hareket eder. Web sitemiz ve bize ilettiğiniz talepler için veri sorumlusu Meetlory'dir. İletişim: hello@meetlory.com.

2. Topladığımız bilgiler

Web sitesi (meetlory.com)

  • Paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz iletişim bilgileri (ad, e-posta, şirket, mesaj).
  • Siteyi işletmek ve geliştirmek için görüntülenen sayfalar, yaklaşık bölge gibi temel kullanım verileri.

Lory uygulaması (müşteride self-hosted)

  • Toplantı sesi, transkriptler, konuşmacı/katılımcı adları ve üretilen raporlar.
  • Bunlar müşterinin kendi altyapısında işlenir ve saklanır. Self-hosted kurulumda bu içerik Meetlory'ye iletilmez ve bizim erişimimiz olmaz.
  • Müşteri kendi kurulumunda kullanıcı hesaplarını etkinleştirdiğinde hesap bilgileri (ad, e-posta, parola özeti) — müşterinin veritabanında saklanır.

3. Zoom entegrasyonu ve Meeting SDK

Zoom'a bağlandığında Lory, Zoom Meeting SDK ile davet ettiğiniz toplantılara katılır ve yalnızca transkript ile rapor üretmek amacıyla toplantı sesini ve katılımcı adlarını işler. Lory:

  • yalnızca davet edildiği toplantılara erişir;
  • not üretmek için sesi yakalar; Zoom'un gerektirdiği yerlerde katılımcılara "kayıt sürüyor" bildirimi gösterilir;
  • davet edilen toplantıya katılmak ve işlemek için gerekenin ötesinde Zoom hesap verinize erişmez;
  • bu veriyi müşterinin kendi ortamında işler ve saklar.

Zoom API'lerini kullanımımız Zoom'un API Lisansı ve Kullanım Şartları ile uyumludur. Entegrasyonu istediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz (bkz. dokümantasyon).

4. Bilgileri nasıl kullanırız

  • Hizmeti sunmak için: transkripsiyon, konuşmacı ayrımı ve rapor üretimi.
  • Taleplerinize yanıt vermek ve destek sağlamak için.
  • Web sitesini ve Hizmet'i işletmek, güvenliğini sağlamak ve geliştirmek için.
  • Yasal yükümlülüklere uymak için.

5. Paylaşım ve ifşa

Kişisel veriyi satmayız. Self-hosted kurulumlarda toplantı içeriği müşterinin ortamında kalır; Lory tarafından bizimle veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Web sitemiz için, uygun sözleşmeler kapsamında bizim adımıza veri işleyen hizmet sağlayıcılar (ör. barındırma) kullanabilir ve yasa gerektirdiğinde bilgi ifşa edebiliriz.

6. Veri saklama

Self-hosted kurulumlarda toplantı sesi, transkript ve raporların saklanmasını müşteri kontrol eder ve dilediği zaman silebilir. Web sitesi talepleri yalnızca yanıt vermek için gereken süre ve meşru iş/yasal amaçlar boyunca saklanır.

7. Güvenlik

Kişisel veriyi korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemler uygularız. Lory müşterinin altyapısında çalıştığından, kurulumun güvenliğini (erişim kontrolü, ağ güvenliği, yapılandırıldığı şekilde şifreleme) sağlamak müşterinin sorumluluğundadır.

8. Haklarınız

Bulunduğunuz yargı alanına göre (GDPR ve Türkiye'de KVKK dâhil) kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesini kısıtlama veya buna itiraz etme ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarına sahip olabilirsiniz. Bizim kontrol ettiğimiz veriler için bu hakları kullanmak üzere hello@meetlory.com ile iletişime geçin. Bir müşterinin self-hosted kurulumundaki veriler için, veri sorumlusu olarak hareket eden o kurumla iletişime geçiniz.

9. Uluslararası aktarım ve çocuklar

Self-hosted kurulumlar veriyi müşterinin seçtiği konumda tutar. Web sitesi verilerini işlediğimizde uygun güvencelerin sağlanması için adımlar atarız. Hizmet 16 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir.

10. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
