Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lory website (meetlory.com) and the Lory application ("Service"), provided by Meetlory ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Lory is an on-premise, self-hosted meeting assistant that joins meetings you invite it to, transcribes them, and generates reports within your own infrastructure. Features may change over time.

2. License

Subject to these Terms and any separate commercial agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes. Any use of Lory software beyond an evaluation is subject to a separate license or subscription agreement between you and us.

3. Accounts

Where the Service uses accounts, you are responsible for the credentials you create and for all activity under them. Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or without the necessary rights/consents to record or process a meeting; (b) infringe others' rights; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or (d) use the Service to record meetings where recording is prohibited or where required consent has not been obtained. You are responsible for complying with applicable recording, privacy and consent laws.

5. Zoom & third-party services

The Service integrates with Zoom via the Zoom Meeting SDK. Your use of Zoom is subject to Zoom's own terms. You are responsible for configuring your Zoom account and obtaining any permissions required to allow Lory to join and process your meetings.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Content you process with the Service (your meetings, transcripts, reports) remains yours.

7. Your responsibilities (self-hosted)

Because Lory runs on your infrastructure, you are responsible for deploying, configuring, securing and maintaining it, including access control, backups, and lawful use.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Automated transcripts and reports may contain errors and should be reviewed before being relied upon.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Where a separate commercial agreement exists, its liability terms control.

10. Term & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Questions: hello@meetlory.com.

Kullanım Şartları

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Meetlory ("biz") tarafından sağlanan Lory web sitesine (meetlory.com) ve Lory uygulamasına ("Hizmet") erişiminizi ve kullanımınızı düzenler. Hizmet'e erişerek veya onu kullanarak bu Şartlar'ı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Hizmet'i kullanmayınız.

1. Hizmet

Lory, davet ettiğiniz toplantılara katılan, onları yazıya döken ve kendi altyapınız içinde raporlar üreten on-premise, self-hosted bir toplantı asistanıdır. Özellikler zamanla değişebilir.

2. Lisans

Bu Şartlar'a ve ayrı bir ticari sözleşmeye tabi olmak kaydıyla, Hizmet'i dâhili iş amaçlarınızla kullanmanız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir hak veririz. Lory yazılımının değerlendirme dışındaki her kullanımı, sizinle aramızdaki ayrı bir lisans veya abonelik sözleşmesine tabidir.

3. Hesaplar

Hizmet hesap kullandığında, oluşturduğunuz kimlik bilgilerinden ve bunlarla yapılan tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Parolanızı gizli tutun ve yetkisiz kullanımı bize bildirin.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz: (a) Hizmet'i hukuka aykırı biçimde veya bir toplantıyı kaydetmek/işlemek için gerekli hak/onaylar olmadan kullanmak; (b) başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek; (c) Hizmet'i bozmaya, tersine mühendislik yapmaya (yasanın izin verdiği hâller dışında) veya yetkisiz erişime çalışmak; (d) kaydın yasak olduğu veya gerekli onayın alınmadığı toplantıları kaydetmek. Geçerli kayıt, gizlilik ve onam yasalarına uymaktan siz sorumlusunuz.

5. Zoom ve üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Hizmet, Zoom Meeting SDK aracılığıyla Zoom ile entegre olur. Zoom kullanımınız Zoom'un kendi şartlarına tabidir. Zoom hesabınızı yapılandırmak ve Lory'nin toplantılarınıza katılıp işlemesi için gereken izinleri almak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

Yazılımı, tasarımı ve ticari markaları dâhil Hizmet, bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir ve yasayla korunur. Bu Şartlar size herhangi bir mülkiyet devretmez. Hizmet ile işlediğiniz içerik (toplantılarınız, transkriptler, raporlar) size ait kalır.

7. Sorumluluklarınız (self-hosted)

Lory sizin altyapınızda çalıştığından; kurulum, yapılandırma, güvenlik, yedekleme, erişim kontrolü ve yasal kullanım dâhil onu işletmekten siz sorumlusunuz.

8. Sorumluluk reddi

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle", açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti olmaksızın sunulur (ticarete elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve ihlal etmeme dâhil). Otomatik transkript ve raporlar hata içerebilir; güvenilmeden önce gözden geçirilmelidir.

9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Hizmet'i kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zararlardan ya da veri, gelir veya kâr kayıplarından sorumlu olmayız. Ayrı bir ticari sözleşme varsa, onun sorumluluk hükümleri geçerlidir.

10. Süre ve fesih

Hizmet'i istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Şartlar'ı ihlal etmeniz hâlinde erişimi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Niteliği gereği fesihten sonra da geçerli kalması gereken hükümler yürürlükte kalır.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim

Ayrı bir sözleşme aksini belirtmedikçe bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Sorular: hello@meetlory.com.
